My Grandma is on the move and we have recently been doing a big clean up of her home. During this clean up I thought it might be fun to grab some old clothes of hers and have a shot at styling them with pieces from my own wardrobe to see what outfits I could come up with. So here's how it went...
Here I used my grandmas top and one of her old backpacks which I think are both super cute items that I can definitely see fitting into my wardrobe nicely. I paired them with some black jeans, boots and some gold jewellery to give the outfit some edge.
This outfit was inspired by the 90s with the use of my grandmas old pink sheer button up that came together really well with a plain black base, one of her old mini bags and square toed heels which are both items that have come back in trend! I also finished the look off with some gold hoops and a gold chain.
Here I've styled one of my grandmas old scarf that she used to wear which I just love the pattern and colours on it! I decided to do some pattern mixing with a gingham shirt to give the outfit some flare. Completing the look with my grandmas old black bumbag and some cons.
Here is a long sleeve button down shirt which I grabbed from my grandmas wardrobe that I thought would look great as a dress once the waist is synched in! I layered this over a striped turtleneck and finished it off with some silver hoops and black boots. I also came across my grandads old camera during this clean up which I absolutely adore and think is a super cute piece to this outfit.
Overall this was a really fun thing to do and a good way to get my creative juices flowing as well as giving my grandmas belongings a new home! :)
